Sits on the quaint neighborhood of Martaban Road is our beautifully refurbished pre-war house. Originally built in the 1940’s, it was used as a dormitory housing the orderlies working in the nearby Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The charming transformation comes about after the current owner Mr. and Mrs Steven Bealing, recognized its potential and hidden beauty weathered by age, and bought over the asset. Together with their architects from the Ong and Ong Architects, the formal ingeniously restore the house to its formal glory, cleverly incorporating the comforts of modern day living whilst retaining the house unique architectural aesthetics. |
